Kula Lumpur, Sept 29 (ANI): An organisation of Muslim students has urged authorities to ban the soon-to-be held Beyonce concert, because they doubt the songbird would follow the countries dress code.
The appealed has been made by the National Union of Malaysian Islamic Students (PKPIM).
The group also said in a press statement that they were disappointed over the support led out to Oct 25 gig by some parties.
The Star Online quoted the group secretary Khairul Anuar Musa as saying: “We doubt whether she will obey the 15.2 and 15.3 codes set by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission while performing.”
The storm raised by the students’ group pertains to codes of dress, appearance and conduct of the performers. (ANI)
